3. What is a pre-order, and how does it work?
Pre-ordering allows you to purchase an item before it is officially in stock. Once the stock arrives, your order will be processed and shipped. Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page.

5. Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?
Pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Yes, we are offering FREE shipping on all orders as part of our Grand Opening promotion! Keep an eye out for any future shipping offers.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, with clothing remaining unwashed and unworn, and kept in their original packaging with tags attached.
