  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays (e.g., due to the COVID-19 pandemic or holidays), processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and shipping method. Below are the estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors like customs processing or weather conditions.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to select international destinations. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and delivery times will vary by destination.

  • Customs and Import Taxes: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package until it arrives.

5. Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If you need to modify your shipping address, contact us immediately at admin@aynelle.com. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order is placed.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at admin@aynelle.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Lost Package: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some regions may have additional restrictions due to shipping carrier limitations.

8. Shipping Promotions

Occasionally, Aynelle may offer free shipping promotions for certain locations or order minimums. These promotions will be clearly stated on our website and automatically applied at checkout.
