Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items on sale, personalized products, and accessories cannot be returned.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at admin@aynelle.com with your order number. We will guide you through the process.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Exchange Policy: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, kindly return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Partial Refunds: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts will be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at admin@aynelle.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
